1. Information we may collect
Membership and order data
When you purchase, restore, or sync membership, we process plan codes for the current storefront (Weekly and Lifetime), transaction receipts, order status, expiry time, and verification results.
Account and support data
When you use SMS login, contact support, submit feedback, or ask for account deletion, we may process phone numbers, account IDs, issue descriptions, screenshots, contact details, IP address, User-Agent, app channel, package name, app version, version code, Android system version, and other necessary device context.
Device identification and guest account data
On Android, after you agree during first launch, we read Android ID as device identification information and send app package, version name/code, channel, and Android system version during guest sign-in and API requests for quiet guest sign-in, account binding, security protection, and syncing patterns, favorites, and membership status.
2. How we use information
- Generate, preview, edit, save, and export bead patterns.
- Provide curated templates, color lists, and creative suggestions.
- Process purchases, restore benefits, sync renewal status, and troubleshoot orders.
- Create guest accounts, support quiet sign-in, recognize returning launches, and sync access.
- Handle feedback, support requests, and account deletion requests.
- Maintain system security, logs, diagnostics, and risk controls, including necessary IP address, User-Agent, app version, channel, and system version records.
- Keep records required for legal, tax, financial, and dispute handling obligations.

5. Storage and protection
- We use reasonable technical and management measures to reduce risks of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
- Records related to transactions, refunds, taxes, and complaints may be retained for legally required periods.
- Pattern generation data may be retained as needed for viewing, editing, restoring, or support checks.
- Device and request context such as Android ID, IP address, User-Agent, app version, channel, and system version is used only within the scope needed for the purposes described in this policy.
6. Your rights
Access, copy, and correction
You may review, copy, correct, or supplement account, membership, order, and pattern information in the app or through support after identity verification.
Withdraw authorization and appeal
You may withdraw Android ID authorization and submit complaints, explanation requests, or support requests through the feedback page or support entry. We usually reply within 15 workdays after verification.
Deletion and account cancellation
If you no longer use the service, you may delete patterns, remove favorites, or request account deletion from the in-app Settings page. After completion, related account data will be deleted or anonymized except for minimal records required by law.
Sensitive content reminder
If uploaded images include portraits, children's photos, or brand marks, please confirm that you have the necessary rights before upload.
