2. Service Provider and Scope
These terms apply when you access or use the app, legal pages, membership purchases, pattern generation, saving and export, account support, and feedback services. Feature-specific rules, purchase page notices, and platform rules form part of the complete terms.
Users under 14 should use the service with guardian consent and guidance. Guardians should pay attention to personal information and third-party rights involved in uploaded images, membership purchases, shared works, and feedback submissions.
3. Account and use rules
Account security
- Keep your login credentials, device, and account information safe.
- Do not impersonate others or use another person's account.
- Contact support promptly if you notice account issues.
Reasonable use
- Do not use the product to create illegal, infringing, fraudulent, violent, or pornographic content.
- Do not attack interfaces, reverse engineer, abuse traffic, or harm platform stability.
- Do not imply official authorization or partnership where none exists.
4. Uploaded content and intellectual property
You are responsible for the intellectual property and lawful use of images, photos, brand elements, text, and other materials you upload. You authorize us to use uploaded content only as needed to provide pattern generation, saving, export, and support. This authorization does not transfer ownership.
You must ensure uploaded content does not infringe copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, or other lawful rights of third parties. Any dispute, complaint, investigation, or claim caused by your uploaded content is your responsibility.

6. Interruptions and liability limits
- We try to keep the service stable, but maintenance, network issues, or third-party service failures may interrupt or degrade service.
- To the extent allowed by law, liability for indirect loss caused by force majeure, communication failures, platform attacks, third-party payment, or cloud service issues is limited.
- You should review generated patterns, color codes, quantities, and source image rights before making physical works.
7. Breach handling
If we find illegal use, infringement complaints, malicious attacks, bulk abuse, subscription restore abuse, or other serious harm to the platform or other users, we may delete content, limit features, suspend service, or terminate accounts, and reserve further rights.
